These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all credit card payments made for services offered by [TIP Travel] ("we", "our", or "us"). By submitting your credit card information to us, you agree to the following:

 

1. Acceptance of Credit Card Payments

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, for payment of our services. All credit card transactions are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment processor.

2. Payment Authorization

By providing your credit card information, you authorize  TIP Travel to charge the specified amount for the agreed-upon services. You also confirm that:You are the authorized user of the card. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your booking or service. You understand that services may not be provided until full payment is received.

3. Security and Data Privacy

We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].4. Currency and Charges All prices and payments are processed in [Canadian Dollar (CAD), etc.], unless otherwise stated. Any additional bank charges, international fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the cardholder.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refund eligibility. In general: No refunds are issued once itinerary planning has started or travel advice has been provided. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of cancellation.

 

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us directly at [your email address] before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.7. Fraud PreventionWe reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay a transaction if fraud is suspected or if the credit card is declined by the issuing institution.8.
