Thank you for choosing TIP Travel for your travel planning needs. We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality travel services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before booking.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once itinerary planning has begun or travel advice has been provided. This includes:

  • Custom travel itineraries

  • Personalized travel consultations

  • Destination, accommodation, or activity recommendations

Once service has started or information has been delivered (whether verbally, by email, or in writing), no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because of the time and preparation involved in each booking:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation or service start time are not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your consultation or service:

  • Rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of canceling your original appointment.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled

Why Refunds Are Not Offered After Service Delivery

Our travel planning services are time-intensive and tailored specifically to your needs. Once we begin work or provide advice, the value has been delivered, and we are unable to offer a refund.
